Dump Truck Traineeship

• Entry Level Mining Position - no prior experience required

• Complete a Nationally recognised Certificate III In Surface Extraction

• Permanent Positions - earn $35ph with Annual and Sick leave accrued

WorkPac are seeking applicants who would like to undertake a 12-month Dump Truck Traineeship program, at a local Mudgee mine site working a Lifestyle roster. The successful candidates will be committed to the completion of their Traineeship that will commence Mid - 2023.

You will need to demonstrate you are the type of person who will take personal accountability and responsibility for your actions.

• You will undertake a 12 month Traineeship program and complete a Cert III In Surface Extraction

• Work 12.5hr shifts both Day and Night operating Dump Trucks in an Open Cut Coal mine approximately 50kms from Mudgee

• Roster is a 5/4/4/5 (5 on, 4 off, 4 on, 5 off)

• You will be required to commit to the roster to meet KPI targets within the coal production environment

What you will Need

• Have a flexible 'can do' attitude and a demonstrate a keen interest in mining

• Current C Class Drivers Licence and can confidently drive manual (P Plates not considered)

• Residential address located within 60km of Wilpinjong/Mudgee

• Ability to undertake a Order 43 Coal Board Medical including Drug and Alcohol screening
