About the Role

WorkPac are currently looking to speak with an experienced Trainer and Assessor to work in our clients head office and assist with the operational execution of portfolio specific processes, procedures and frameworks. To be successful in this position you will be someone who has experience in training with a strong focus towards contract management and governance.

Skills and Experience

• Strong focus on safety

• Training Delivery background

• Cert IV in Training and Assessing

• Able to adapt to last minute changes, troubleshoot, multi-task

• High proficiency in MS Office

• Mining background highly advantageous â (preferably site-based)

Role Requirements:

• Planning, scheduling and delivery of CAT 1 Induction programs and internally delivered offerings

• Exposure to internal and external partnership activities

• Demonstrated experience maintaining the quality and currency of delivery material

• Proven track record of training delivery, vendor partnership

• Contract management (scopes of work, master data, procurement and CM system setup and schedule.

• Execute assigned routine QAâs, contract management meetings and records

• Continuous improvement/enabling projects
