A leading provider of sustainable waste management, recycling, and industrial services across Australia is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Plant Operators to join their team at the Kemps Creek facility.

About the Role

WorkPac is seeking experienced Plant Operators for our client in Kemps Creek. As a Plant Operator, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of our waste management plant, focusing on operating earthmoving equipment such as waste compactors, excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate earthmoving equipment including waste compactors, excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, etc.

• Maintain a professional image and always deliver high-quality customer service.

• Work safely and in accordance with site rules at all times.

• Report safety incidents and hazards immediately.

• Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions, or operating procedures.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience operating earthmoving equipment, preferably in a waste management or industrial environment.

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to site rules and procedures.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high-quality customer service.

• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as required.

• Forklift and/or other relevant licenses and certifications are desirable but not essential.

• Current driver's licence and reliable transportation.
