Meet Tash Matson, one of WorkPac’s Industrial Recruitment Coordinators located on the Sunshine Coast. We asked Tash to tell us about her experience over her 8-years recruiting at WorkPac.
What excited you about the opportunity to join WorkPac?
At the time, I was a Senior Site Manager for another company. When I saw a job advertised with WorkPac I jumped at the opportunity to come on board. 8 years on, the company has given me endless opportunities and growth.
What are your favourite roles to recruit for?
I love the chase of a hard-to-fill role. Finding these 'unicorn' candidates is very rewarding.
